Hey, my name is Tin — pronounced like “Dean”, so most people just call me Dean :)

I’m from Germany and currently in my master’s studies. Right now, I’m taking a break semester before starting my thesis, which felt like the perfect moment to do something different. I’ve always loved Portugal, so I decided to come here, live for a while, and experience the country beyond just traveling.

I’m really interested in getting to know the culture, meeting new people, and supporting projects. At the same time, I’m looking for a slower pace of life. The past few years have been quite intense with studies, work, and city life, so I want to take some time to reset, enjoy new surroundings, and live more consciously.

I’m open-minded, easygoing, and happy to help wherever I can. I enjoy being part of a community, learning new things, and contributing with a positive attitude.

- installing und laying pipes
- working on sanitary systems, basic plumping tasks
- basic electrical installations
- General DIY and hands-on work

Before starting my studies, I completed an apprenticeship as an HVAC technician, so I’ve spent quite some time working with tools — I wouldn’t call myself a pro, but I can definitely handle a hammer :)
Through my studies in renewable energy and technology, I also gained knowledge in heating systems, photovoltaics, and sustainable energy solutions in general.

In my free time, I love making music. I play guitar, drums, and a little bit of piano. I always enjoy playing and creating music together with others.
I’m also a big fan of board and card games. One of my favorites is Wizard. I like playing chess as well, and in general I’m always open to trying new things and experiences.
Also i like going for runs, hiking or different sports activities.
