Description
I'm coming off three years of work in the corporate world in America. Now that I'm in between careers I'm wanting to travel to New Zealand to learn a new culture, travel and do some different volunteer work.
I'm from Portland, Oregon and have traveled before to Italy, Spain and Sweden. I did most of that traveling with family before college so I'm looking for something more personal to me now. I'm very passionate about sports, playing hockey and golf since childhood.
Overall, I want to take advantage of this part of my life where I'm able to have some time to travel and work to hopefully unlock some desired new experiences.

In terms of careers skills, I have a lot of valuable sales experience. My interpersonal skills have improved vastly though this line of work, communicating with customers and co workers frequently. I also have good writing skills as I am a Journalism major and worked with a couple different publications in college.
I'm a skilled athlete, having played various sports most of my life and I'm very knowledgable about sports as a whole. I'm signed up for a half marathon as I type this.
Other unique/fun skills I've gained over the years include cooking, chess and machinery skills though manual labor jobs I've had.
