Description
I am a passionate person who strongly believes in the ideal of "Buen Vivir", which is a postcolonial alter globalization philosophy of life based on three pillars: The human being, The Community and The Mother Nature. This philosophy, along with my personal beliefs, has been my drive to hopefully serve in the best way I can. God and ignatian spirituality are also a fundamental guidance for me, as well as my commitment towards ecumenical dialogue.
Currently, I am doing my PhD in sustainability transformations at the University of Helsinki in Finland, and am willing to connect with fellow minded groups and intiatives. In terms of my experience, I have been working in socio-economic, ecological and community projects since 2012 and I have some experience in customer service and hospitality as I worked for a Development NGO between 2018 and 2019, where I was the Public Relations coordinator. As a side quality, I am a musician who enjoys sharing culture and stories with other people. I play piano, guitar, quena and singing and am always keen in offering these qualities to the service or enjoyment of others. I hope that we can learn something from each other and build a happier future!

While doing my Ph.D, I am currently a teaching asssitant of the Language Center of the University of Helsinki for intermediate and advanced Spanish classes, having had taught a couple of classes on sustainability. In addition, I had experience as a leader of German-English tandems and of a weekly conversational session at the University of Hamburg to teach advanced Spanish to German speakers between 2021 and 2022.

I'm very keen in sharing arts with other people That is, it would be lovely to play either piano, guitar (mostly flamenco), quena (South american flute) and vocals with a community.
