Description
Our camp is a non-profit that organizes English Summer Camps on the Slopes of the Carpathian Mountains near the town of Smolenice, which is 50km from the capital, Bratislava. There are a total of three trips, starting on July 10, July 19 and August 1. The kids have 2 fun English lessons in the morning and a typical camp program for the rest of the day with choice activities, big group games, discos and campfires. We also go for a day trip to and do a bit of rock climbing on a rock behind the dining hall. The days are long but it is an awful lot of fun and I can tell, cos I am going there for 18th time already.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Most of the kids are from Slovakia, but some are from neighbouring countries. The staff is half domestic and half international. We want the kids to discover your crafts, play your sports, sing your songs and try your food.
Help
We are looking for teachers or activity leaders who would assist the teacher with one English lesson in the morning, run afternoon choice activities, and take part in the evening program. The workawayer should have at least two of the following qualities: be sporty, creative, arty, caring, crazy.

Accommodation
The camp provides full board and lodging, plus pocket money of 150 (counselor) or 250 Euro (teacher) per 12-day trip. You will have virtually no costs while on site. You will be sharing a cabin with 4 to 7 kids. Each cabin has its own bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Currently we also need help with cleaning the cabins. Work is in the afternoon and you will have your own room (without kids).
What else ...
Between the trips are long weekends that will allow you to visit nearby cities like Vienna, Budapest and even Prague.
