Description
Hi, I’m Darcey! I’m creative, outdoorsy and happiest when I’m painting, crocheting, exploring, or spending time with animals.
I’ve just finished studying art in college and also working in a craft shop, so I’m used to hands-on projects, practical tasks, and helping out wherever needed.
I grew up in a small town surrounded by countryside and I enjoy simple living, and prefer learning through real-life experience over the traditional uni route. I’m easygoing, reliable, and always happy to get stuck in, and I’ll probably be painting, drawing or making friends with animals in my spare time.

I’ve just finished an Art & Design course, exploring everything from mural painting on walls and acrylic portraits to sculptural and digital projects. I enjoy bringing ideas to life in different ways and experimenting with materials and techniques. I’ve also helped build floats for a local light show parade, I loved working on such a large project in a big group.
I have also been working in a craft shop, where I help assemble kits, work with textiles, and assist customers, so I’m used to practical tasks, organisation, and teamwork. This has also really improved my social and communication skills.
In my everyday life I love walking and caring for my dog.
I’m happy to help with creative projects, practical work, animal care, and anything hands-on and I’m always keen to learn new skills too!
