currently in rio, next stop Argentina (hopefully around the area of bariloche/el bolsan.) Ola and hello, my name is Dan, im an Englishman looking for volunteer work. I'm a qualified joiner/carpenter with additional skills in painting, design, basic plumbing, electrical work and welding. Im hard working and take care and pride in work i do, loyal, honest and friendly. Also I have a good experience in the hotel/hostel industry, previously I operated 2 propertys hotel/hostel myself in the Philippines so I have good experience in hospitality. I have used work'away previously and understand what is expected. I Have done many different manual labour jobs during my travels from construction to farming to hotel owner/cleaner to bar man and removals to name a few..and with the experiences and skills I have learned in this time I believe would be very useful for the positions I've applied to.

I found this work very difficult and challenging to begin with, but thanks to the amazing staff and help of Cristhian and Juan we was a good team in no time at all and had a good time together. the property is amazing and the location is perfect.

Dan is a really nice guy who proved to be an invaluable asset to our backpacker hostel. His remarkable abilities and commitment were instrumental in successfully establishing our new restaurant.
