 - Description- My name is Clodagh, I am a friendly positive person, easy going by nature, and mother to 3 great, grown up sons. I live in Dublin, Ireland. My big interests are, getting to know other people and cultures, and travel. 
 I have lived and worked in ITALY, U.A.E. UK, and FRANCE and have visited many other countries, namely, Japan, China, India, Turkey, Australia.
 I love food and cooking, Art and Textiles also hold a big place my heart . I enjoy vintage fairs, thrift shops and street markets.
 I am a trained Art teacher, specializing in Painting and Drawing, and have also studied Fine Art Textiles at Goldsmith`s College, London.
 In recent years, due to one of my sons falling critically ill (now thankfully recovered)
 I trained as a HCA (Healthcare Assistant ) I have worked in my local Community, visiting sick and old people in their homes and worked also in busy city centre hospitals too.
 I speak quite good French, passable Italian and beginner Spanish and would love to learn more. This year I would love to add Denmark to my list of places to visit and to return to Spain, if possible too.
 The things that brings me most happiness are living a simple sustainable life , and home cooked meals with friends and family.
 My hobbies are Art and Crafts, Films, Cooking, Gardening and Water sports, like Swimming, Kayaking, Bodyboarding, I am also a keen cyclist and a member of a Nordic Walking Club and love to spend time in Nature.

 - More details about your skills- I am fine art trained, so I can draw and paint, and make mosaics. I have taught art for about twenty years, but, for now, my favourite medium is wool, and I am very passionate about the craft of FELTMAKING. I have organized workshops and hosted International Felt Artists here in Ireland, as well as attending Feltmaking workshops in other countries. 
 I also have a huge interest in the art of Fabric Dyeing, especially Japanese Shibori Dyeing.
 I have worked as an art teacher with children and adults with intellectual disabilities for 12 years (part-time) and have found my work hard at times, but very rewarding. I have also worked for 2 years, (part -time ) as an ELT (English language teacher ) in a local school with young children, newly arrived in Ireland , who spoke no English.
 I am a very patient person and have found this a very useful tool in recent years, as I worked looking after sick and elderly people in my community.
 I am interested in getting to know people from different cultures, and learning and practising languages. I come from a large family and love to get together with them when I can.

I have been police checked to ensure that I have no criminal record and that I have permission to look after children and vulnerable adults . I have taught children and adults with intellectual disabilities for the last 13 years.
