Hi!! My name is Chiara, I’m 21 years old and I come from Padua, a city near Venice. I’m currently studying medicine.
I love sports, especially swimming and cycling. I’m a curious person who enjoys learning new things, challenging myself and spending time outdoors surrounded by nature. Since I live in a city, I don’t always have the chance to be close to nature, and this is one of the reasons why I’m looking for a Workaway experience: I’d love to travel, slow down a bit, discover new ways of living and help at the same time.
I really enjoy being with children and I currently do volunteer work with kids in an after-school program, helping them with homework and spending time together through educational and creative activities.
I would also be happy to work with animals or on projects related to nature. I’m particularly interested in sustainability, eco-friendly lifestyles and learning how to live in a more conscious and respectful way towards the environment.

I’m looking for a place surrounded by nature but not completely isolated, so that I can explore the area, go for walks or small trips on my own and visit nearby places during my free time. I’d really enjoy being part of your daily family activities and getting to know you all much better.
I’m a positive, open-minded and motivated person. Even if I don’t have many practical skills yet, I learn quickly and I’m always willing to help. I speak Italian, English and a little French. I'd like to learn Spanish since I'm interested in doing an Erasmus in Spain in a few years!
