Hello! We are Claire and Henry from Cornwall in the UK. We are both on a career break in New Zealand travelling for four months and are excited to have some amazing experiences and meet new people.

We both love the ocean and enjoy surfing, swimming, wingfoiling and fishing.

At home we have full time jobs - Claire is a humanitarian aid worker and firefighter, and Henry works at a boat builder and has previously been a builder, so can help with practical tasks!

We are both really social, enjoy chatting and learning new skills and meeting new people :)

We both have varied experiences which give us a lot of transferrable skills.

Claire is 28 and works as a humanitarian aid worker, so has travelled to lots of countries and worked with a variety of people. She is also a firefighter so is practical and fit. She is very caring and loves children and pets.

Henry is 34. He used to be in the army, then was a builder, now works at a boatbuilders. He is very practical, loves being outdoors, and can help with anything that needs fixing! He doesn’t stay still for long - so many tasks to do are a good thing!
