Hi,

I am Charlotte, 31 years old living in Belgium. I am a social worker who loves music and doing sports. Creativity is a very important part of my life, i love painting, drawing, and creating new things. I really like to be outdoors and spend time with family and friends.

I want to live life to it's fullest. For me that means: connecting with people, connecting with myself and connecting with nature. I feel grateful whenever I can let people be a part of my story and to be a part in someone else's story.
I seek to develop new skills, discover new ways of living, get inspired by people, get out of my comfort zone and spend time in nature.

I have solo travelled through Central and South America for about a year where i had some previous workaway experiences.
Nicaragua: help to plant an evergreen forest
practical experience with hands-on outdoor work, including weeding, cutting grass/plants, planting, installing water irrigation systems, building swales, planting layouts for erosion control on slopes.
Colombia: babysitting, helping at the hostel

i'm currently at home in Belgium and continue searching for experiences that make me feel like i'm living life to my fullest. That's the main reason i want to contribute through volunteering closer to home when i'm thinking about holidays.
I am currently searching for a workaway place where i can be inspired, learn more about different ways of living, learn more about nature and being self sufficient in any shape or form.
