We’re both trained social workers, so we’re used to working with different people and enjoy supporting others where needed. We’re also flexible and easy-going when it comes to different kinds of work and daily routines.

We’re quite practical and enjoy working with our hands: painting, basic repairs, drilling, fixing things – nothing too professional, but we’re definitely capable and always willing to learn.
We like finding creative solutions and adapting to new situations.

Both of us enjoy being outdoors and don’t mind getting our hands dirty. Charlene already has some experience with ecological gardening, and we’re both happy to help with any kind of outdoor work. Physical work doesn’t scare us – whether it’s carrying, building, cleaning, or helping on bigger projects.We both grew up with animals, so we’re very comfortable around them and really enjoy working with them.

Charlene especially enjoys cooking and would be happy to help in the kitchen as well.

We speak German and English fluently (and maybe a bit of French and very basic Italian), but are always open to improving our language skills!

We had a really great time at Nicola and Jasmina’s place! It is quite heavenly, surrounded by beautiful nature, far from the busy life. Charlene and Lisa were truly lovely guests and a huge help! During the week they stayed, they beautifully weeded the vegetable garden, mulched it, and even planted it.
