Brecht (29) : I am a gardener (as profession) and like to spend the whole day outside. Plants fascinates me. They give me peace in hart and mind. Herb-and fungi- therapie fascinates me to. I am also interested in permaculture and would like to learn a lot more about it. I like to be social and doing, building, sharing things together. I am interested in eco housebuilding techniques and already saw a lot of youtube videos ;). But now i would really like to work on a real project.

Eugénie (30) : I am half-french, half belgian and speak both French and Dutch. I am a naturopath, specialized in women's health. I love nature, adventure, hiking in the mountain, natural health and medicine but also sewing, knitting etc. I find a new passion in everything and love learning new things !! I get more and more interested in astrology, yoga, spirituality too. I grew up in the countryside and lived in the city for a while, I do miss doing things with my hands and being outside a lot. I had 2x woofing experiences in the past (in France) and I loved it.

Together, we have done a petsitting experience for a month before. We both love animals and it isn't a problem at all if you have some and we need to take care of them.

We have a cat (Pitou) and a 4month-dog (Djembe). We hope that we can bring them with us and it isn't a problem.

Together as a couple, we want to learn, and be inspired by other's story and projects to find our own way to go forward and create a project of our own later on !

And by the time we are writing this text, we leave everything behind in Belgium to start a new adventure in the Pyrénénées. It is a short-or long-term project, time will tell. In any case, we would love to meet you ! :)

Brecht : I would love to improve my french beacause my girlfriend is from “ frenchland” and would like to be “meilleur” ;) Interested in speaking more german Interested in learning spanish, portuguese, … Eugénie : I speak current English, Dutch, French. I learnt Arabic and Spanish while travelling and living abroad. I would like to improve my Spanish though, and interested to learn Italian.

I like sports: biking, running, hiking, swimming
I play football for fun in a team every week
I like jamming, if you play an instrument we can have some nice music evenings! I play the ‘cajon’ in a band with friends and we give a few concerts in the year, for events, in bars etc
My favorite type of holiday is in the nature or on my bike. I try to have a bicycle trip every year, so much fun!
Oh and i like my food ! I like to cook a healthy meal, try out a nice new recipe. :D.
But hey, i also like a big bag of chips and some good belgian beers. It s all about balance they say ;).
