Description

I finished school in 2022 where I learned 4 years of Italian. After I took my final exams, I decided to have a gap year. I went to Italy for a month where I improved my Italian skills, got some traveling experience and learned more about the Italian people and culture. Currently I'm home preparing to my university admission to learn media design. I’m also doing a sound design course while I take occasional jobs.

Regarding me as a person, I have an active lifestyle and I’m very motivated to earn new experiences as a young adult. I’m opened and I like to collaborate with others or be part of a project, in which we work towards a common goal.
I’m a member of a big family in which we are six siblings and I’m the youngest. My father is a pastor of the reformed church while my mother and three of my siblings are architects. When it comes to me, I’m more interested in creative media usage including making photos and videos. I have a wide range of hobbies: outdoor activities like parkour and skateboarding, but also indoor things like sewing, playing guitar and dancing.

As for further experience, I oftentimes took on summer student jobs such as helping out on building construction sites and renovating in and outdoor areas. Last summer, I was part of a professional team of electricians, and we worked on several projects together, such as rewiring of electrical cables and renovating old electric networks. So, I have pretty good experience of physical work. In addition, I have some knowledge of general gardening and taking care of garden plants.
One of my biggest passions is taking photos and I have a good base in using top media software such as Adobe Creative apps. With the help of Photoshop and Premiere Pro I love to create and edit photos or video footage.
