Hi, I’m Bernadette, 22 years old and from Germany🥨 Please just call me Betty💚 I’m a qualified sports and gymnastics teacher, a sports therapist specializing in psychosomatics and a certified yoga teacher.

I’m a calm, open-minded and reliable person and I usually adapt pretty easily to new situations. I’m currently travelling through Canada, which has been a big dream of mine for a long time. I’m really interested in different cultures, meeting new people and experiencing different ways of living.

Yoga, movement and anything that connects body and mind are a big part of my life. At the same time, I’m quite grounded and practical. I enjoy being present, being outside, working with my hands and simply experiencing real life as it comes. Nature, especially the forest, has always been a big part of that for me.💚💚

I have quite a varied background, so I’m open to different kinds of work. I have experience working with both children and adults and could help with sports, yoga or other activities. I’m also happy to help around the house, with cooking, cleaning and keeping things organized.

I’d also really enjoy working outside, helping in the garden or with plants. I’m not a gardening expert, but I’m genuinely interested in learning more about it and I’m happy to do practical work and get my hands dirty.

In general, I’m looking for a mix of different tasks. I’m happy to help wherever I’m needed, whether that’s physical work, helping with people, things around the house or simply being part of everyday life.
