I’m happiest when I’m working with my hands and seeing the tangible results of a day’s hard work. My biggest motivation is personal growth. I love tackling new challenges, whether that's helping out in a garden, building something, or learning a new language. What truly brings me joy is being part of a team and contributing to a community or a host's vision. I’m motivated by the idea that we all have something to teach each other.
