Heyyy, my name is Ayleen, I‘m 20 years old and I‘m currently doing work and travel in Canada. After spending my winter as a ski instructor in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, it’s time to explore something new in Canada. Next to being an absolute outdoor lover, I also love all kinds of animals and getting to know new people and lifestyles. I‘m a very ambitious and outgoing person who loves exploring and learning about new stuff and having a little adventure in life :)

I may not have extensive professional experience yet, but I’m very motivated to learn and gain new skills through my first Workaway opportunity. I grew up near a lake and have always been close to nature, which has made me quite grounded and comfortable in outdoor environments.
From a young age, I helped take care of animals. We looked after small goats, and my grandparents also kept chickens, so I have some hands-on experience with basic animal care. I also did some pony riding as a child, which gave me a basic understanding of handling horses.
I’m a very curious and quick learner, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty—especially when it comes to the well-being of animals. I’m reliable, open-minded, and happy to help wherever needed.
