✨ Hi! We are Emilie and Aurélien, nice to meet you!

We're a couple from Paris, both in our late twenties, and we’re about to take on the journey of a lifetime – heading to Asia together 💛

Why Asia? Because we’re both deeply curious about its rich cultures, beautiful traditions, and especially eager to contribute to meaningful projects focused on sustainability, community, and learning.

💪 What drives us in life is challenge, discovery, and being useful.
We’re active, curious, and always keen to learn and grow. Emilie has been working in communication for several years with purpose-driven companies that are making a positive impact. Aurélien is passionate about dedicating his time and energy to resilient projects that respect the environment and benefit the community.

🌟 Our Skills & What We Bring to the Table

We come from different backgrounds – Emilie from communication, Aurélien from engineering – and together, we bring a diverse and complementary set of skills, experiences, and values that we’re excited to share! 1st thing is that we have some video equipment we can use for you : good microphones, tripod, ... Other than that :

🎯 Emilie’s expertise lies in communication.
She’s been working for several years in a communication agency, helping a variety of clients boost their visibility in the media and on social networks. Her mission? To make them shine by building creative, impactful strategies that truly reflect who they are.

🛠️ How does she do that?
By working closely with journalists and influencers,
By organizing tailored events,
And by coming up with original ideas that help clients stand out from the crowd.

✨ Her top strengths:
– Creativity, to design unique, eye-catching campaigns
– Strong organizational skills, to juggle multiple clients and deadlines with structure
– Writing skills, for crafting compelling content and press materials
– People skills, for building strong, trusted relationships
– Strategic thinking, to offer the most relevant and effective plans

Beyond her job, Emilie loves spending time with children – she’s been babysitting since she was 16 and enjoys playful, meaningful time with her two nephews. She’s also passionate about sports, which help her stay grounded, push her limits, and stay determined.

🔧 Aurélien brings a mix of technical, creative, and hands-on skills.
From his engineering studies, he’s developed strong abilities in project management, organization, analysis and synthesis, basic sciences, software use, and clear oral communication.

👥 Along the way, he’s been involved in many volunteering projects:
– Hosting workshops on climate change
– Co-organizing a music festival (2,000 people per night)
– Assisting in English classes for Japanese children
– Creating and hosting a music-oriented radio show
– Organizing food and supplies drives for homeless people

🔨 More recently, his focus has been on eco-construction and renovation.
He’s been learning and practicing:
– Earth and lime coatings
– Bamboo work
– Masonry and basic carpentry
– Insulation, a bit of electricity, and natural materials like earth, wood, straw…

📷 He’s also started content creation and storytelling – because inspiring others toward more sustainable lifestyles begins with how we communicate and share experiences.

🌸 A few more things about us…

🛠 Aurélien is passionate about all kinds of handcrafts. He feels we’ve lost a lot of traditional knowledge around “how to make” – and he’s on a mission to reconnect with that. Whether it’s through hands-on help with projects or promoting crafts through content creation, he loves learning and sharing these forgotten skills.

🐾 We’re both animal lovers – Emilie especially has been fascinated by animals since childhood. She could spend hours watching nature documentaries or bonding with any furry (or feathery!) friend. Sometimes she wonders if she wasn’t an animal in a past life… 🐒🦊🦜

🌊 The ocean is our happy place.
We both love surfing, and there’s something magical about being out there together – just the waves, the wind, and the present moment. It’s our peaceful bubble 🌞🌊🏄‍♀️

🎵 Music is another big part of our lives. Aurélien used to play guitar and DJ, and he’s very sensitive to sound and rhythm.

🏐 Sport is huge for both of us. Emilie loves running and swimming, she is a true mermaid ! And for Aurélien it's volleyball. He played in Europe and Japan. It’s always been a way for him to connect across cultures. Sport is universal!

👨‍👦‍👦 We both love being around children – with little nephews, nieces, and cousins in our lives, we’re used to sharing joyful, playful moments with them. Their innocence, energy, and curiosity inspire us daily.

😂 And finally… we both LOVE to laugh.
Life without a good laugh would just be too boring! Whether it’s cracking jokes or adding a bit of silliness to the everyday, we love bringing joy and good vibes wherever we go.

🎮 Oh, and one last fun fact about Aurélien: he’s a big fan of old-school video games – Pokémon, Mario Kart, Mario Party… let’s just say game nights are always a good time!
