  • Description

    Hey there!
My name is Annelu, and I'm currently studying industrial engineering in the beautiful city of Vienna. But this summer, I'm looking to leave the lecture halls behind and dive into something completely different.

I would love to spend some time in one of the Nordic countries – somewhere surrounded by nature, fresh air, and hopefully not too much heat! I’ve always felt drawn to mountains, forests, and the quiet beauty of the outdoors.

What I’m looking for is not just a job, but the chance to learn something new, meet different people, and collect meaningful experiences. I’m curious, open-minded, and always up for a little adventure – whether that means helping out on a farm, painting a house, or just trying something I’ve never done before.

  • More details about your skills

One of my most valuable skills is that whatever I do, I always focus on the positive aspects of the work first. Last winter, I worked as a waitress in the Alps. Even though it was really stressful and I didn’t have much experience at the beginning, I quickly started enjoying what I was doing. Whether it was a guest’s smile or a fun moment with my colleagues – I always tried to see the good in it.

Besides my time as a waitress, I completed several internships last year – including working as a cook and gaining hands-on experience in my field of study, engineering. That gave me quite a broad range of skills: from basic cooking for larger groups to technical drawing and even monitoring bridges from above (yes, literally working on top of bridges!).

In addition to that, I’ve trained judo for several years and played both the clarinet and saxophone, which I think shows that I’m ambitious and enjoy dedicating myself to different things.

And just to throw in a bit of DIY: I once painted my parents’ entire house by myself – so I’m not afraid of a bit of hard work either!

Whatever I do, I bring both energy and joy into it.
