  • Description

I’m a 28-year-old from Cremona, a small yet vibrant city in Northern Italy, and I’m currently based in Brescia, not far from Milan. I’ve always loved traveling and getting to know people on a deep level, because I believe that every individual—especially those from different backgrounds—has something unique to teach me. I’m fascinated by the incredible diversity of our world and the richness of various cultures.

Family is important to me: I’m a proud uncle to three wonderful nieces/nephews, and I absolutely adore children. My love for animals is just as strong—right now, I have two cats, and I grew up surrounded by chickens, geese, dogs, rabbits, and more in an old farmhouse my grandparents built in the late 1800s. People often describe me as curious and upbeat, though, like everyone, I have my highs and lows. I enjoy all kinds of work, whether it’s hands-on labor in the fields or something more technical. At the moment, I’m an environmental engineer, but I’ve previously done construction work, gardening, delivered pizzas, and even worked as a cashier. I’m excited to discover new places through Workaway, connect with amazing people, and contribute wherever I can.

I feel happiest when I can help those around me feel good and share that positive energy together. I love discovering new things, exploring the human spirit, and stepping outside my comfort zone by visiting unusual places. I’m not afraid to make mistakes—failing over and over again is part of the journey toward doing the right thing. Helping others is also a big source of fulfillment for me.

I enjoy staying active, whether it’s through long walks, any kind of sport, or immersing myself in nature. Board games and logic puzzles are another passion of mine, and I relish the challenge they provide. I also like to get creative in the kitchen, trying out new flavor combinations and cooking styles. All of these pursuits keep me curious, motivated, and eager to keep learning.

  • More details about your skills

I studied Agricultural Science in high school, and after a brief period in the Navy, I decided to pursue a degree in Environmental and Land Engineering, which I successfully completed. Throughout my high school and university years, I worked in a variety of roles—including babysitting, delivering pizzas, gardening, warehouse work, laboring in cornfields, and general construction jobs. These experiences taught me adaptability, a strong work ethic, and practical problem-solving skills.

I’ve also always been passionate about sports, practicing everything from soccer and mixed martial arts to boxing, climbing, and trekking. Having lived on my own since I was 19, I’ve learned to manage a household independently and handle all the day-to-day responsibilities that come with it.
