  • Description

Hello! I am Alenaidh (or Alina as I often go by). I am a young professional working in London but looking for opportunities to experience different places, people and cultures across the world. I went backpacking around SE Asia and New Zealand when I was 18 and now the travel bug has bitten me again! There is pretty much no corner of The Earth I'm not looking to explore, whether it be North, Central or South America, or parts of our neighbouring Scotland and Ireland. I am looking forward to getting stuck into whatever opportunities await me.

A bit about me; I originally trained at drama school and more recently have been doing a mentorship in Playwriting but my day-job is within a financial services company in London. I previously worked in representing actors and comedians at talent agencies and will soon start training to be a therapist, which is a long-held dream of mine (but I didn't train straight after secondary school as I wasn't sure anyone would want a 20 year old therapist!). I have spent 5 amazing years in London but am now desperate to discover more of the world and get to spend as much time around nature as I can, making new memories and friends along the way.

  • More details about your skills

Having worked in various industries, I have gained a breadth of experience and expertise in different areas.

⭐ Hospitality - I have over 5 years experience working within restaurants, bars and hotels. From changing bedsheets to making a mean Margarita - you name it, I can do it!

⭐️ Childcare - I have nannied for 3 families and am the proud auntie to 8 nieces and nephews. Have ample experience in keeping children alive and blowing other people’s noses.

⭐️ Facilities - My current job is within the Facilities department of an insurance company (woo! This is what everyone dreams of doing when they grow up right?!). I like to joke about how lame my job sounds but in truth, I have learned so many skills in this role. From changing carpet tiles (they are a thing) and fixing office machinery to managing expenditure expenditure spreadsheets, my job pretty much covers it all.
