Description
Hi! I’m Alexis from Arequipa, Peru. I’m on a working holiday in New Zealand and planning my next steps in Asia. I’m easygoing, tidy and curious—I’m happiest when I’m learning something new, helping others and sharing good conversations.
My background is mainly hospitality (F&B and front desk/reception), so I’m used to guest service and teamwork. Earlier I worked two years as a process analyst, which made me organised and practical—I like finding simple ways to make tasks run smoother. Also, I am physical active, and I can help with any task.
I’m motivated by helping and sharing knowledge; I enjoy teaching what I know and solving problems. In my downtime I like movies and books with great plot twists or meaningful lessons. I try to appreciate the small moments every day and keep a positive outlook.
I will bring a positive attitude, respect for your home and a willingness to learn. I enjoy animals, light gardening and cooking simple meals (I can share Peruvian dishes!). I’m also studying Japanese and love hiking on days off. Looking forward to exchanging skills and stories with my hosts.
