Hola ! I am look to travel to Italy and Sardinia in early 2026 to connect with ancestral roots. I love to hike bike and discover the wild side of life both physically and spiritually . I have many skills to offer as a Qigong teacher With natural building construction experience and as a gardener by trade .I love to sing and dance in community where I live and look forward to share that gift with others .

My main skills are tending gardens in my community as a gardener and landscape construction.I attended a permaculture design course about 20 years ago and use many of those skills and concepts in my work .I have worked on many natural building projects starting in the late 90s . I love working with clay and cob type building here in southern Oregon where I have lived for 35 yrs. Currently my passion and practice is Qigong both as a student and teacher . WhileI have much to share I am always open to learning exploring and experience new or different skills. Thanks for now .
