Description

I'm from China.

I love traveling. I've visited more than 20 provinces across China and also spent half a year in Taiwan. After traveling abroad — including the US, Mexico, and several countries in Southeast Asia — I was exposed to many different cultures and perspectives. It also made me realize how diverse and culturally rich China is itself. Traveling has really broadened my horizons and helped me better understand people, cultures, and the world. One of my dreams is to live in different countries for a few months at a time and fully immerse myself in local life and culture.

I'm also an animal lover. I have a dog, and I spend a lot of time walking and playing with him. My roommates have cats as well, so I'm also familiar with taking care of them. I also enjoy learning about dog training, and I find that a lot of the logic behind it can apply to cats — and even to raising children as well.

Another big interest of mine is permaculture and sustainable living. After reading books and watching videos about it, I started growing vegetables in my own small garden. I really enjoyed the whole process, especially being able to harvest fresh vegetables while cooking. It felt rewarding, peaceful, and comforting to eat healthy food that I had grown myself.
That experience made me even more curious about permaculture farms and how they operate in real life. Last year, I volunteered at a permaculture farm and originally planned to stay for only one month, but I ended up staying for six months because I genuinely loved living close to nature. During that time, I developed a deeper appreciation for ecology, the wisdom of the land, and traditional and Indigenous ways of understanding nature and life.
