Hola!
My name is Asbjørn and here is a couple of things about me!
i am 27 years old and have taken a chefs education in Denmark and have been working with it for 7 years, i have just finished a highschool education and now i feel like exploring the world and other ways of living.
I'm good with animals as i have grown up on a farm and i cherish both nature and a good social environment. i am very social and that's why i would like to meet new people across the world and try out new things.
i am very curious by nature and therefore passionated about learning new things. I have therefore decided to go on a interrail trip from the 01-10-2024 till the 01-12-2024 where i will end the trip in either Austria or Switzerland to work as a chef over the winter. 2025

Last year i had the opportunity to be both working at a horse farm and as an olive harvester, which i found amazing and i have therefore decided to travel again this year for a month before going to Switzerland to snowboard and cook.
i hope this has given a bit of an outlook of who i am, and that i might be someone that you would like to have working for you.

Im always up to learning new languages, i have been using Duolingo to learn french for the past year, but i havent had anyone to talk it with so it has kind of been hard to implement into a natural talk pattern, but i am getting pretty good at reading and writing it.

I have been working as a chef for 7 years in both casual and fine dining enviroments, i have also been working as a bartender for 2 years, and therefore also knows how to be a good host. I have done a lot of volunteer work with kids and teenagers in the form of learning but also summer activities.
I have also been working with children from the age of 12-18 with both self development and cooking, at my former school, and been doing live action roleplay for teenagers for about 8 years. I like being part of the development of human beings without putting my own values in their stead.
i also have some experience with woodwork but not so much that i would say i could work independently but i am a quick learner and always up for a challenge.
i have grown up with a lot of animals so im good with dogs, and cats, and know my way around a farm.

i like being active in nature, like taking walks and play outdoor games. i also do alot of bouldering and like climbing in general.
i also play a bit of guitar even though it has been some time so i might be a bit rusty and also a bit of singing.
im always up for a boardgame, both in the RP section and almost every other game as i like to activate my brain.
All in all i like to experience the world so im almost up for anything at least once.
