Description

We love to travel and are excited to explore new places, ready to be outdoors and hike and swim. We just graduated from university where we both studied environmental studies and are looking for opportunities to learn new skills, experience new cultures, and meet new people. We both grew up in New York City and are looking to explore more nature, and we thought New Zealand would be the perfect place to do so. We are looking to gain new practical skills so we are happy to help out with various creative and collaborative tasks. We have experience with gardening, child/pet care, hospitality, food service, and other odd skills.

We both studied environmental studies focusing on environmental justice; we have skills in community organizing, event planning, home gardening and backyard landscaping, food service (cashier, server, barista), house organizing and cleaning, office management, child care and pet sitting, and more. We have done a lot of odd jobs and are always happy to learn new skills and help out in any way we can.

We love to read, watch TV/movies, play board games, make art, hike, explore new places, thrift, listen to music, learn new things, talk about life and the world. We will have a car so transportation should not be an issue. We love boats and love to swim!
