We are an active & adventurous Australian couple looking to slowly travel across Europe. Theo is a carpenter who owned his own business and Abbie previously worked as a lawyer. We love all animals, the beach and the bush, running, swimming and bike riding. We got married in November 2025 and are looking for our next adventure.

We are both fluent in English! Abbie has a bit of experience teaching English but we both take a hands on, practical approach to teaching and learning languages. We are currently learning the basics of Italian. Abbie has some very beginner Spanish as well.

We are both absolute animal lovers and very experienced with pets of all varieties! We have looked after dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, birds and rabbits, including having our own dogs, cats and chickens in the past. We are experienced giving medication, training and grooming pets. We have experience with (and love!) big dogs.

We also love kids! We have 3 nieces and 2 nephews (so far!) and love spending time with them. We look after our nieces and nephews regularly by having them stay over at our place, taking them out on adventures and taking them to activities like swimming lessons and soccer practice. Abbie also has experience working with young children as she was previously a swimming teacher for 5 years, teaching 6 month olds to teenagers.

We have also done a lot of house sitting and take pride in our own home which we built ourselves. We value a clean space and can be trusted to look after your home, pets and plants.

Theo is also a qualified builder and carpenter. He has been in the building industry, working on residential projects for over 12 years. We built our home together spending weekends and after work hours demolishing, renovating and landscaping. We are always willing to get our hands dirty and put in the hard work to complete projects.

Additionally, we both are fluent in English and are willing to give almost anything a go in the spirit of an adventure.

What else ...

We are both passionate athletes - competing in triathlons across Australia. We love all sorts of exercise and getting outside.
We also love cooking and eating! Theo loves making fresh bread, pasta, ramen and dumplings from scratch. Whilst Abbie loves baking. We focus on whole foods and fuelling our bodies!!
Abbie also loves to read and go for walks. Whilst Theo likes woodworking and gardening. We both love playing board games, camping and exploring new places.
