How do I hide my full name or surname?

Only registered and verified hosts & workawayers can see your full name, it is not displayed publicly if you have indicated this in your privacy settings (found in the 'My account' tab drop-down menu.)

You can see your own name when you are logged in to your profile.

Hiding your name from registered hosts is not recommended because they are inviting you into their homes and showing your full name to them is a way of being open. We have noticed that when the full name is not displayed to hosts this leads to less offers of stays.
