Description
We are 2 Seniors, no children on farm, lots of different hobbies. Board and care for older horses, NO RIDING. Beautiful mountains, valleys, year round creek, well maintained. Nice hiking, mountain climbing and swiming in the creek all on property. Our farm is not close to any big towns, so you would be in a remote place, it would be best for you if you had a car, 1 hour drive to big towns. I go to town once a week. Learn about caring for all kinds of animals, and cleaning paddocks and fields, also need a person willing to paint barn inside. Need help with firewood. Quite and serene, just beautiful.

Learn about looking after senior horses, growing hay and all equipment to harvest it. Proper fencing for livestock. Llama sanctuary on site, Construction of proper livestock buildings. Ranch life in a beautiful valley, with lots of wild life, photography, walking, hiking, swimming, bike riding, in the North Okanagan, 1 hour drive to kamloops airport, 1 hour drive to salmon arm and 1 1/2 hour drive to kelowna b.c airport.

Help
Beautiful 160 acre horse farm and hay growing, need help with both only in July and August, rest of the time I would need help with maintenance, eg, painting, cleaning, planting garden, firewood , repairs, stuff like that, I do not need much help with the horses, but I do need help building farm carport and office in the barn. Helping in organic small garden. Need some one that would like to paint and garden mostly, do not need a lot of help with the horses, just cleaning up.

Clean and fully contained mobile home, sleeps 2 very comfortable in the late spring and summer. but when not in use for my visitors, Fully equipped modern 1 bedroom cabin. A nature lovers dream. Must be willing to do cooking for yourself, on occasion we could have dinner together, I do not cook often. you just give me a grocery list and I can take you to our small town 20 minutes drive by car, that way you can eat what and when you like.
What else ...
Best if you have a car, as we are a little remote, Wild life abound, Photography, Swim, hike, bike, walk along the creek, relax, I can take you on occasion to town. take a picnic to our year around creek and watch for wild life, very very quiet, very private no one around.
