  Our hostel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for volunteers to develop personally, learn about our traditions and enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds us. Here you will have the opportunity to get to know our culture and share enriching experiences.
  The team is made up of Fabricio, in charge of sales and accounting, and me, Mariela, responsible for coordinating the cleaning tasks together with a group of collaborators.
  
  What do we expect from you as a volunteer?
  Your role will be that of first contact with our guests. You'll be in charge of giving them a warm welcome, showing them around the hostel's facilities, and making sure their experience is a pleasant one. You will also be in charge of reception, customer service and payment management. In addition, we request that you send us some images for our social networks.
  
  Some important rules and guidelines:
  At this time, the hostel does not offer breakfast or meals.
  Our hostel is designed as a space for rest and tranquility. We seek to maintain a family atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. For this reason, it is not allowed to hold parties, play loud music or generate noises that may disturb guests. The approximate rest time is from 10:30 p.m.
  We want to make it clear that people outside the dynamics and work of the hostel are not allowed to enter. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all.
  We are also committed to the environment and sustainability, which is why we encourage recycling and eco-friendly practices within our facilities.
  
  If you choose to be part of our family at the hostel, you will have a transformative experience, whether you like adventure or prefer a space to relax and enjoy nature.

  Nuestro hostel ofrece un ambiente cálido y acogedor, ideal para que los voluntarios se desarrollen personalmente, aprendan sobre nuestras tradiciones y disfruten del hermoso paisaje que nos rodea. Aquí tendrás la oportunidad de conocer nuestra cultura y compartir experiencias enriquecedoras.
  El equipo está compuesto por Fabricio, encargado de ventas y contabilidad, y por mí, Mariela, responsable de coordinar las tareas de limpieza junto con un grupo de colaboradoras.
  
  ¿Qué esperamos de ti como voluntario?
  Tu rol será el de primer contacto con nuestros huéspedes. Te encargarás de darles una cálida bienvenida, mostrarles las instalaciones del hostel y asegurarte de que su experiencia sea placentera. También estarás a cargo de la recepción, atención al cliente y la gestión de pagos. Además, solicitamos que nos envíes algunas imágenes para nuestras redes sociales.
  
  Algunas reglas y pautas importantes:
  En este momento, el hostel no ofrece desayuno ni comidas.
  Nuestro hostel está pensado como un espacio de descanso y tranquilidad. Buscamos mantener un ambiente familiar donde todos se sientan cómodos. Por este motivo, no se permite realizar fiestas, poner música fuerte ni generar ruidos que puedan molestar a los huéspedes. El horario aproximado de descanso es a partir de las 22:30 hs.
  Queremos dejar claro que no se permite el ingreso de personas ajenas a la dinámica y trabajo del hostel. Esto es para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de todos.
  También estamos comprometidos con el medio ambiente y la sostenibilidad, por lo que fomentamos el reciclaje y las prácticas ecológicas dentro de nuestras instalaciones.
  
  Si eliges formar parte de nuestra familia en el hostel, vivirás una experiencia transformadora, ya sea que te guste la aventura o prefieras un espacio para relajarte y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

  Help

  Your task as a volunteer is to be the first contact with our guests, offering them a warm welcome, showing them the hostel facilities and attending to their needs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include front desk, customer support, and managing payments. On the other hand, the possibility of volunteering is also open to people who carry out maintenance tasks in general.
  
  Tu tarea como voluntario, es ser el primer contacto con nuestros huéspedes, ofreciéndoles una cálida bienvenida, mostrándoles las instalaciones del hostel y atendiendo a sus necesidades de manera eficiente. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la recepción, la atención al cliente y la gestión de los pagos. Por otro lado también está abierta la posibilidad de voluntariado a personas que realicen tareas de mantenimiento en general.

  Accommodation

  Ofrecemos una habitación compartida del staff (máximo 3 personas) ropa de cama; WIFI, zona de cocina compartida, agua caliente 24 hs.
  En cuanto al horario de intercambio con los voluntarios solicitamos que sea de 15 horas semanales y con 2 días de descanso preferentemente los días domingo y lunes (flexible) .
  
  We offer a shared staff room (maximum 3 people) bed linen; WIFI, shared kitchen area, hot water 24 hours a day.
  As for the exchange schedule with the volunteers, we request that it be 15 hours per week and with 2 days of rest preferably on Sundays and Mondays (flexible).
