    Description

We are a young Dutch family who moved to France at the beginning of 2021 for a self-sufficient life together with our 3 children who are now 9, 5 and 3 years old. and in May 2023 our twins were born. We teach the children to live with nature. Our goal is to let them know how fun, good and very important it is to live together with nature. We make this possible in our own garden (1.8 hectares)

We left the city together with the children, our cat and dog. In France we live in the middle of the forest with a large lake, 5 cats, 2 dogs, 4 goats, 2 rabbits, 6 pigs, 3 geese, 11 ducks and many chickens. Together with the vegetable garden and greenhouse, this shapes our daily life.

The goats for the milk, chickens and ducks also for the eggs and meat.

    We have alot
ideas for our land and our own home. There is a lot to be done and we could use extra enthusiasm. It would be very nice if you could help us, enjoy, learn about the garden and also from each other, and all this: in our large garden with many differences between the parts of nature. For example: Forest, a pond, meadow/grassland and more. From food forest to vegetable garden, building houses or garden maintenance of our 1.8 hectares of land. We have no doubts about working with us, we are sure that you will find something you enjoy doing!

We have a cute caravan, shower and compost toilet available.

If you are interested? Contact us! I would love to meet you in a while!

    some ideas for example:
raft over the water, new pig enclosure, fence for the chickens. Treehouse for the kids. Harvesting food from the garden and nature.
