  Hello, I am Mélissa, solo mother of 2 children: Faustine 11 years old and Marcel 9 years old. We live in France in the Pyrenees. I have been a self-employed geobiologist for 4 years, Marcel and Faustine both go to school.
  We are looking for someone for a cultural exchange. A sharing of daily life, language, cuisine, know-how ...
  We have already received au pairs, but this does not really meet our expectations, because we are not looking for someone to work, but rather someone who is in the exchange and sharing. So I am turning this year to looking for a workawayer, which will be more what we are looking for.
  
  We are looking for someone who is ready to be part of our family for a while. Share the daily tasks and help the children if necessary with homework or other things (going fishing, baking, games ...). A vehicle is essential, because the traveler will have a lot of free time and if he wants to fully enjoy the region, he will need a vehicle.
  
  Bonjour, je suis Mélissa, maman solo de 2 enfants : Faustine 11 ans et Marcel 9 ans. Nous habitons en France dans les pyrénées. Je suis geobiologue à mon compte depuis 4 ans, Marcel et Faustine vont tous les 2 à l'école.
  Nous recherchons quelqu'un pour un échange culturel. Un partage de quotidiens, de langue, de cuisine, de savoir faire ...
  Nous avons déjà reçu des jeunes filles au pair, mais cela ne correspond pas réellement à nos attentes, car nous ne recherchons pas quelqu'un pour travailler, mais plutôt quelqu'un qui est dans l'échange et le partage. Donc je me tourne cette année vers la recherche d'un(e) workawayer, ce qui correspondrai plus à ce que nous recherchons.
  
  Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui est prêt à faire parti de notre famille pendant quelques temps. Partager les taches quotidiennes et aider les enfants si besoin pour les devoirs ou autres (aller à la pêche, faire des pâtisseries, des jeux ...). Un véhicule est indispensable, car le voyageur aura beaucoup de temps libre et s'il veut pleinement profiter de la région il lui faudra un véhicule.

  The cultural exchange is the basis of our request, The traveler will be able to discover: cooking recipes, a language, small personal know-how of each one ... I could also transmit to him some knowledge in geobiology and he will be able to me accompany on my business trips if he wishes.
  
  L'échange culturel est la base de notre demande, Le voyageur pourra découvrir : des recettes de cuisine, une langue, des petits savoirs faire persos de chacun...
  Je pourrais également lui transmettre quelques connaissances en matière de geobiologie et il pourra m'accompagner sur mes déplacements professionnels si il le souhaite.

  Help

  We are looking for someone who can share our daily life but who is both very autonomous and independent, because there is no real "work" to do with us, so the workawayer will have a lot of free time.
  He will participate in the task of the house: make us discover a typical meal from his home, play board games with us, because we love it, but what we really expect is that he helps us learn a other language (English or Spanish) not games and everyday life.
  We also have a caravan that we are in the process of restoring (the interior is completely redone, but the exterior remains to be done and can be a small terrace) and which will serve as a room for the workawayer, so that he can have his independence. . We would like him to be able to participate, if he wishes, in this project to develop this space intended to welcome and share.
  
  Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui peut partager notre quotidien mais qui est à la fois très autonome et indépendants, car il n'y a pas de "travail" réellement à faire chez nous, donc le workawayer aura beaucoup de temps libre.
  Il participera au tache de la maison: nous faire découvrir un repas typique de chez lui, jouer avec nous aux jeux de société, car on adore cela, mais ce que l'on attend réellement c'est qu'il nous aide à apprendre une autre langue ( anglais ou espagnol) pas le jeux et le quotidien.
  Nous avons également un caravane que nous sommes en train de restaurer ( l'intérieur est tout refait, mais reste à faire l'extérieur et peut être une petite terrasse) et qui servira de chambre au workawayer, pour qu'il puisse avoir son indépendance. Nous aimerions qu'il puisse participer, s'il le souhaite, à ce projet à faire évoluer cet espace destiné a accueillir et à partager.

  Accommodation

  The traveler will have access to the whole of the house, and will have his own bathroom / wc inside the house. He will have at his disposal an independent caravan with a bedroom, a lounge area and a dry toilet area. There is no "kitchen" space in the caravan. It is heated in winter. He will also have access to the terrace, barbecue, garden and swimming pool.
  
  Le voyageur aura accès à la totalité de la maison, et aura une salle de bain/ wc a lui à l'intérieur de la maison. Il aura à sa disposition une caravane indépendante avec une chambre, un coin salon et un espace toilette sèche. Il n'y a pas d'espace "cuisine" dans la caravane. Elle est chauffée en hivers.
  Il aura accès également à la terrasse, au barbecue, au jardin et à la piscine.

  The traveler will have a lot of free time, there are a lot of things to do near us - Hautes Pyrenees - I invite you to look on the net. We have many books and guides at home, but also ign maps for hiking.
  
  Le voyageur aura beaucoup de temps libre, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire vers chez nous - hautes pyrénées- je vous invite à regarder sur le net. Nous avons chez nous beaucoup de livres et de guides, mais aussi les cartes ign pour les randonnée.
