I love to meet knew people, yoga, arts, outdoors activity, shared meals and feminist litterature. I speak French, English and a little bit of Spanish.
One of my kid is 3 years old and the other one is a newborn. We live with our two cats and our small dog. We are calm but cheerful people.Types of help and learning opportunities

Sainte-Anne-des-Monts is a really typical Quebec fisher village far from the big cities. Here life is slow and the community is really friendly. You can meet a lot of locals in my coffee shop whom will be happy to have a chat with you.
I have traveled a lot in my twenties and I have be hosted in other people's home. Now it is my turn to be a host.Projects involving children

Help
I need a hand around the house and help with the kids. As a solo mom of two young kids and as a business owner, I feel there isn't enough hours in a day!
Examples of what you'll help with : babysitting, cleaning, preparing meals, walk the dog, play with the kids, small reparations on the house. If you are interested you can help with the coffee shop and in the yoga studio.
You need to speak French because we live in a really small francophone town.Languages

My house is next to the sea so the view is incredible. It is a big appartment on the second floor with plenty of light and space. You will have your private room with a double bed.
For the food, I'll do the groceries with basics fruits, vegetables, meats, tofu, etc. You can cook with everything that is in the fridge and the pantry. You will be responsible to cook your own meals. Please note that I am gluten free, I can buy you bread, noodles and cookies, but it is not possible to cook with wheat flour in the kitchen. We try to avoid as much as possible ingredients with gluten in the pantry to avoid contamination. What else ...
There is a lot to do around if you like outdoors activities: hiking, camping, backcountry skiing, kitesurfing and mountain bike. You'll need a car to do most of these activities.
Don't come here expecting a huge nightlife. We have one brewery that close early and only two restaurants that are open in the evening (not everyday). We have the Sea Shack that is a great place to hang out and where you have live music shows, but you'll also need a car to get there.
Please note that we are a queer and feminist household. 🏳️🌈💪A little more information
