Description
I'm a 27 years old man, just bought a house in France with some renovation. I have a good and instense social life - always in for drinks, walks in town. I'm learning english by the way, otherwise I speak French (native speaker).
My friends and my dad come over sometimes on the weekends to give help, we usually have nice dinners together by the end of the day, which make the work even more fun and pleasant.

House - eventhough i'm renovating it, bedrooms and bathrooms are brand new for a good comfort.
The first floor is already renovated. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet,
Chartres' city centre is 15 minutes by bike (I have 4 bikes at home) - this town is such a nice place !
It's 1 hour from Paris by train, pretty convenient for days off
