Description
Sonia and I (Gary): we are originally from Paris and Ontario, we left Vancouver, BC and moved all the way across the country to experience with sustainable living and homestead farming in the beautiful and peaceful North Mountain - Nova Scotia.
We are creating a forest garden that aims to utilize hundreds of species to create a self-sustaining and interconnected system. This is for us a creative approach to a meaningful life and a sustainable future.
We are also involved in artistic endeavours as well as in promoting/practicing meditation and the Ageless Wisdom Teachings, which provides tools to raise awareness and knowledge to empower people to transform themselves and the world.
We always enjoy sharing all of this with interested guests.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
Our farm experience includes varied tasks: gardening, general carpentry projects, (I’m a carpenter)
We will mostly work together, but this is flexible.
There will be a lot to learn along the way in both these areas.
Physical work is central to small-scale farming and will be a necessary feature. Previous work experience is less important than a positive attitude and general willingness to work outdoors.Languages
