I'm really glad to have been able to stay with Krista, Dave, Spencer and William and the whole family at their farm in beautiful Newfoundland. All of them made me feel really comfortable at their place and I enjoyed my stay a lot! Although there wasn't too much work to do for me when I was there (April/early spring), they are really hardworking
… read more and I learned a lot about the Newfie way of living and culture, farming, the surroundings, etc. I'd definitely recommend staying with them and hope to be able to visit Newfoundland again in the future:)

I looked forward to every morning when we all would arrive to the farmhouse and the buzz of life it brought. The girls are a joy to have around, So much knowledge transfer happened both ways. There was an easy flow to everyday that just fit. Thank you for choosing to come to our farm. We do hope you will return one day. I hope you guys accomplish everything you set out to do.

We had an absolutely awesome experience on David and Krista’s farm! Our family of four got to pop up our trailer at a beautiful site on the property, and we enjoyed our meals in the farm house with the family. We loved helping out with the farm chores, and we learned so much about farming and about Newfoundland here. Krista made wonderful meals
… read more and was just the most warm and gracious hostess imaginable! We got to explore the area a bit, which was great, but the best aspect of our stay was just hanging out with David and Krista (and their extended family) around the table and by the fire- enjoying delicious food and drinks; talking culture, politics, farming, books, and family; and laughing until our sides hurt! … read more to ask when we needed help. The culture expierence was fantastic. Krista cooked delicious traditional food for us and we had so many interesting conversations with all of them. The Farmhouse is very busy in summer so we slept in our camper.
Thank you for let us be a part of your familie! We often laugh about David's "bad german" and we will never forget you! Miss you and the animals.
