Description
I live in a small hamlet in a remote part of the Massif Central, northern Aveyron.
I am a breeder of Arabian and Spanish horses, and I pay for my breeding practice by providing tourist hiking activities.
This is a region of rivers and lakes, with rolling hills, and I'm looking for help cleaning patches of land, as they are in a "Natura 2000" area and must be done without chemical treatment.
Outside the school holidays, I live alone with my 18 year old daughter, and I actually help during the summer.
Cathie, the person responsible for the part(party) accommodation(hosting) restoration(catering) looks of the help(assistant) especially in July and in August. It consists in welcoming the hosts, in taking care of the maintenance of guest houses and with making a little cooking(kitchen).

c'est une région de rivières et de lacs, avec beaucoup de relief, et je cherche de l'aide pour le nettoyage des parcelles, car elles se situent dans une zone "natura 2000"et répondent à un cahier des charges sans traitement chimique ni écobuage
en dehors des vacances scolaires, je vis seul avec ma fille de 18 ans, et je me fait aider en période estivale.
Cathie, la personne responsable de la partie hébergement restauration cherche de l'aide surtout en juillet et en août. Cela consiste à accueillir les hôtes, s'occuper de l'entretien des maisons et de faire un peu de cuisine.

For Cathie, it is a question of helping him(it) to manage the families which come on holidays. She has to take care of flowers, of the refreshment room and the small grocer's shop ., the meals, the household(housework) in holiday cottages(shelters). She proposes many home-made products (bread, apple juice, jams, delicatessen). It is the opportunity(occasion) to discover the job in a magnificent frame and to meet people very different.

éventuellement s'occuper des soins aux chevaux
je propose en échange la pratique du cheval à n'importe quel niveau
Pour Cathie, il s'agit de l'aider à gérer les familles qui viennent en vacances. Elle doit s'occuper des fleurs, de la buvette et de la petite épicerie., des repas, du ménage dans les gîtes. Elle propose beaucoup de produits faits maison (pain, jus de pomme, confitures, charcuterie). C'est l'occasion de découvrir le métier dans un cadre magnifique et de croiser du monde.
