  • Description

    Description

We are a non-profit association, a member of the FIV (Italian Sailing Federation), UISP (Italian Union of Sport for All), and CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee). Over its 15+ years of activity, it has established a significant presence in both sea-related activities and offshore navigation, as well as in the broader sailing sports scene. With the acquisition of the Dongo base, we have further expanded its competitive activities and the organization of regattas and events, including those of international scope, by adding skiffs, high-performance planing dinghies, to its training programs.

Our association annually organizes events such as zonal, national, and international regattas, European championships, and innovative, unique events like the Skiffestival. At the base, sailing courses are held for all ages, levels, and types of boats: from dinghies to keelboats and skiffs. Special attention is dedicated to youth sports activities. Through the FIV's "Sailing School Project," over 800 children are introduced to sailing every year. The summer sailing school for young participants offers more than 300 courses in sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing each summer, consistently bringing new young athletes to enrich our two competitive teams: Optimist and Laser.

Our passion for sailing grows year after year, season after season, thanks to our members—the true heart of the club—our instructors, and the achievements in youth activities. This dynamic spirit fills us with enthusiasm and drives us to continuously invest in the base, the boats, and especially in young talents.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Hosting helpers from different cultures offers a unique opportunity for mutual growth. The social activities at our sailing school are designed to foster connections between our team members, the families of participants, and the local community.

Our guests will have the chance to engage in social moments and shared experiences, such as participating in local events, traditional dinners, and sail-related activities, building meaningful relationships with the local people.

As instructors and team members, we can share our expertise in sailing, wingfoiling, and event management. We are excited to convey the importance of discipline, teamwork, and sustainability, which are fundamental elements of our educational approach.

By hosting people from diverse cultures, we hope to enrich our experience with new perspectives, learning different ways of interaction and educational approaches, and strengthening our commitment to making our sailing school an increasingly inclusive and international environment.
