We are two brothers, Federico y Santiago, managing a camp and a countryside hostel in Las Brujas, Canelones, within the protected area of "Humedales de Santa Lucía".
Our place is located by the river Las Brujas where we use to canoeing and spend great moments walking by our native trees paths.

We love receiving people from all over the world, and having the opportunity to learn about diverse cultures and different ways of life. We love sharing Uruguayan traditions, rural identity and national culture.
You will learn how to plant, grow, weed and prune the organic garden. You will feed and take care to our chicken, pigs, goats, turkeys, horses, sheeps. You would be able to learn a lot about our native flora and fauna (specially birds-watching) with our specialized guides.
We will share meals with you and make you feel as part of our family.
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.
We need some help with gardening, animal and organic garden care, general maintenance of the premises. We are starting with the countryside hostel which will need some construction and painting tasks. We also need help with children coming to the camp and tourists coming to stay at the hostel.
We have available rooms for 2 people in the camp place. You will have a private bathroom and will share kitchen and living-dining room with us. There is free wi-fi.
The bus stop is at our gate. We are about 35 kms away from Montevideo center, 14 kms from Las Piedras city.
