Description
My family does have a nice area in Carvoeiro, down at the Algarve by the seaside, where we harvest figs, almonds, carobs and grapes every August / September. We would appreciate some help during this time, up to two weeks.

Help
We are looking for somebody who is willing and able to work outside during the morning hours 8/9 - 14/15h max together with somebody from the family. Pls. be prepared for some physical strain, mainly caused by the temperature than by the work itself. Self-evident: Sun-protection and headpiece required!

Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (most probably not to share, although two other bedrooms are available to rent for backpackers, too) and patio. No smoking inside the rooms.
What else ...
Airport transfer included as well as some tour guide activity (if requested). Carvoeiro is still a nice kind of fishing village that saves its charackter over the years. Nonetheless there are quite some nite-life activities offered. It is quite in the middle of the Algarve, so easy trips to Lagos, Silves, Monchique possible. Besides of the direct closeness to the beach / seaside, there might be the chance to use the pool, what is part of a 8-persons villa, that is rented from time to time by the host. It will be an advantage if the "workawayer" loves fish, as we barbeque fresh fish frequently in the eve. A small, very friendly and active dog is living with the family, too.
