*Note* We are currently closed for the season. Due to COVID, we are uncertain as to when we will reopen the lodge. We will update when we know for certain!
We are looking for four volunteers to join our team at a luxury lodge in North Laos, which is staffed by 20-40 locally paid staff, depending on the season. Our property is a beautiful and tranquil five-star hotel located in the middle of a Tai Lu village. This area of Laos has over 45 different tribes, many of which are rarely visited by outsiders, and by spending some time here you will see a side of Laos that is authentic and off the beaten path. Some of the resort facilities include natural hot springs, an infinity pool on our private river island, a traditional Lao steam room, and a brand new meditation garden.
As described in further detail below, we are seeking four volunteers to help in a few different roles, including Wellness/Yoga, Social Media and Content, and Permaculture/Landscaping. Positions are for a minimum of two weeks, with preference given to three week stays or longer. We are looking for volunteers who are happy to engage professionally with guests and help us to uphold the brand image of our lodge.
Please note that photos listed of the room and bathroom are of workaway lodging, not of the hotel rooms themselves.

We live in a remote part of Northern Laos. While we are quite far from the mainstays of Laos (e.g. Luang Prabang), this means that we have a lot of beautiful ethnic culture all around us. Depending on the season, you can see verdant rice fields or float down the river on bamboo rafts. There is a lot of trekking and other options for adventure in the surrounding area.
