Hey!
We are Pepe and Anna, an open-minded couple who loves easygoing and good vibes.
After years of living abroad, we’re back in our hometown, Villajoyosa.
Located in Alicante, Spain, Villajoyosa is a lovely village with a colorful old town nestled between the sea and the mountains.
Our house is just 5 minutes from the beach, with several rooms, a big garden, and a private swimming pool!
We share the space with our two cats, Curry and Larry, who are the real owners of the property ;)
We love traveling and discovering new things, so we’d be more than happy to show you the hidden gems of Villajoyosa and tell you all about the local food and culture.
We can also offer language exchange! We both speak English, Spanish, Catalan, and a bit of Dutch.
In exchange, we’re looking for some help with the ongoing projects that we currently have at home, nice conversations and friendly company.

We offer a great opportunity for language exchange and are happy to introduce you in the local culture. We love to speak about and show you all what you can discover around!
We try to prepare most of the time local recipies so you can learn what we eat here traditionally.
We love learning from others too, so we’re excited to hear your stories and discover new things together! Meeting new people and exploring different cultures is something we truly enjoy, and we can’t wait to hear about your background and experiences.
Help
We would like some help with some different ongoing projects we have around the house. We are happy to share all the knowledge we have. Many times we are learning on the go as well, so we can learn together :)
Also we are super happy to learn about what you know. If you have any skill or knowledge, don’t be shy! We’d love to hear about it!

We speak Spanish, Catalan, English, and a bit of Dutch, and we’d love to teach you any of these languages. We’d also love to learn Italian and improve our Dutch, so any help with that would be greatly appreciated!
Accommodation
We offer a private room and 3 meals :)
We have several rooms available and we are happy to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free diets, or any allergies.
Of course, you can make use of all areas of the house, including the swimming pool!
While the house isn’t luxurious at the moment, and some parts are under construction, it has everything you need to feel comfortable.

There are many beautiful beaches in town, and the mountains are very close by (perfect for climbers!). There are also plenty of stunning places nearby to explore.
We welcome people with vans or caravans and have space to park them next to our house.
