    Hello!

    We are currently looking for new team members to join us in Niseko Hokkaido, Japan, for the upcoming:

    - SUMMER: MAINTENANCE - HOUSEKEEPING Team Member with experience – from April to November 2026
    The purpose is to prepare the chalets before the winter time. It includes some small DYI jobs such as painting, fixing windows, assembling furnitures, mowning lawn, general cleaning ahead of guests check-in.
    Concrete and practical experience in DYI work is expected.

    - WINTER: GUEST SERVICE Team Member (host) with hospitality and snow driving experience to work for both our companies:

    The host will ensure guests receive warm hospitality, seamless service, and attentive support throughout their stay while maintaining the highest operational and presentation standards. The successful candidate must be flexible, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, especially during peak seasonal periods.

    Tasks include

    For , Hospitality business
    - Check pre-arrival information with guests.
    - Inspect chalets before guest check-in/after guest check-out.
    - Prepare and set up Welcome Packs.
    - Meet and greet guests on arrival for check-ins and assist with check-out.
    - Assist guests with emergency requests.
    - Winter: Shuttle guests around the Hirafu area within designated timeframes.
    - Maintain company standards within all aspects of cleanliness for vehicles, chalets, office and living spaces, both inside and outside as well as personal appearance and in communication.
    - Assist other staff members, including housekeeping when needed.
    - Assist with garbage clearing runs ,snow clearing of property premises and balconies

    Niseko Gourmet, Catering business
    - Preparation of all event equipment including crockery and cutlery at the commencement of each shift.
    - Warmly greeting guests upon arrival to the chalet and introducing the chef and explaining the menu.
    - Laying the dining table for the meal to be served in the chalet.
    - Serving the table and presenting each course with a description.
    - Assisting the chef in the kitchen during meals and ensuring the kitchen is left spotless.
    - Liaising with the ordering of beverages.
    - Ensuring at all times that guests are comfortable and have all their needs met.
    - Liaising with the Guest Services Manager on a daily basis to discuss guest requirements & details.
    - Delivery of ready-made meals to properties.


    The team member must hold a visa allowing him/her to work in Japan.
    An international driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years' driving experience are required.

    This is a paid position with hourly rate. Accomodation is provided, utilities shared between hosts.

    Due to limited room space, we are currently looking to hire
    - one girl and one boy for full season (End of November 2026 - Late March 2027)

    Other positions are available for two months and half (Late November 2026 to End of January 2027 then Enfd of January to End of March 2027)
