the Chateau is a unique family-owned castle, that is currently functioning as a B&B and table d'hôte.
It has been in the same family for nearly 500 years and has an incredible history that we are happy to share with our guests and volunteers
With the help of family, friends and workawayers we created an association, a non-profit association and managed to restore part of it and to turn it into a friendly and elegant space for people from all around the world who enjoy art, travel, culture and history.
The purpose to restore, maintain and promote the natural, man-made and cultural heritage of Normandy, and more specifically the unique of this place.
It is a great project and a unique human adventure!
During low season (October to April) we are looking for volunteers to help us with the restoration of the property and during high season (April to October) we are usually fully booked and need a hand in the day-to-day activities and events in the Chateau.
We are looking for people who are easy going, open and reliable, someone who appreciates art, history and culture and would treat our property with respect.
