JUNE - OCTOBER 2020
Myself and my husband Saul are from the UK. We are planning to develop our wilderness retreat / camp here in Swedish Lapland. Our guests will have use of of snow shoes, skis, ice fishing equipment and kayaks to explore the surrounding area during both winter & summer seasons.
In the meantime we are preparing and renovating two small cabins, mostly landscaping and installing a new shower etc. during the SPRING/SUMMER MONTHS. My husband Saul will be alone during this period apart from the month of JUNE when I will join him for a 3 weeks.
We are both 55yrs, easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour.
If you want to know more about us, the location and how to get here, send us a message. Fell free o ask any questions.
If you want to get away from it all and experience the wonderful flora and fauna of Swedish Lapland then this is that special destination.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best wishes, Saul & Lucy

We are situated about 15 miles east of Harads in Norrbotten County, Sweden. The famous Tree Hotel is located at Harads and a small supermarket, hardware store, petrol station, Thai restaurant and coffee shop. We visit Harads about once a week or so for shopping.
A bus or train travels to Kiruna from Harads / Boden and you could visit the ice hotel further north or take a trip south to the nearest town - Boden approximately 35 miles south east. The nearest Airport is at Lulea 65 miles south east from your homestay.
There are many national parks to visit at weekends and you could also take a train from Boden to Abisko in the high mountains north.
The homestay is situated approximately 25 miles south of the Arctic Circle and in the month of June you will experience 24hrs daylight and the midnight sun. The surrounding Flora and Forna is stunning. A real wilderness retreat.
