Knowledge of carpentry, building? Contact us ASAP
We are at the moment building new accommodation spaces; your help will be much appreciated!

We are a small organisation, we work with agriculture, music and arts and the LGBTIQ+ collective.

Besides building, other work: gardening, cleaning, helping hosts in camping area. Be resolutive, fun and easygoing!

This place is not a community, it's a household!

    ABOUT US:
We, Davide and Daniel, are a Galician gay couple living in an aldea, a small village called Liulfe, which means land of wolves. Davide is a musician performing traditional music from Galicia, and it is highly possible that there will be a concert during your stay where you get to experience local culture, or even jam along at some point if you're a musician yourself. Dan is a therapist and a dancer. Both love to dance and invite as many as possible over to do it.
Paula Pin doesn't live here but she is also a member of our organisation who is active in our space. She's an artist and biohacker and a great mechanic.

We are very interested in food and would love for the volunteers to bring food, spices, or anything else from their culture! This is a place free from violence. We have horses, geese, chicken, cats, and dogs. We also live in a privileged place, surrounded by forests, and paddocks with cows and we get to see many wild animals: wolves, badgers, foxes, owls, roe deers...

    ABOUT THE PROJECT:
    Garden:
Our house has a beautiful garden with medicinal plants, flowers, and a vegetable garden where there is always a lot of chores to do. Bees and small chicken live in the garden.

    Horses:
At the moment we have 4 horses who need to be taken care of, and who love to go for walks, if you enjoy spending time with animals or know how to ride.

    Building project:
our barn is being remodelled, and several structures are to be made, like a shed for the horses, and an big arbor for our kiwi plants.

    2ND House:
The other house, is the base of a non-for-profit organisation working in the areas of human rights, traditional culture, gender diversity and environmental protection. It is a camping area by the river, and it's possible to go for beautiful walks in the forest from there, and visit Vilar de Donas. Also landscaping, gardening and taking care of this place needed.

    WHERE YOU WILL LIVE:
3 meals a day provided, we cook vegetarian and non vegetarian and our food has great reviews! , if you have special requirements, you must buy yourself. Normally we eat together and Daniel and Davide make delicious food with healthy ingredients, mostly local food, vegetarian and fish occasionally. We also welcome volunteers to cook for us!

We've hosted permaculture, art, biobuilding, music, dance workshops, food forests and we're interested in hosting more, about organic cleaning products, video, sound, arts etc.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Help in the garden, with the animals, the fire wood, cleaning, organising and fixing around the farm. You will also have the chance to participate in all of our projects. We are flexible and expect you to be as well. You must organise your hours; you will have one day off, but we can arrange different schedules if you want to take two days off, for instance. Please communicate with us your needs!
We need people who have their own initiative to work, who are open, humble, and attentive.

When you arrive there is a trial period (1-2days) . If everything works well between us you can stay longer, and if this is not your project, obviously you'll have to leave. Very important is keeping your own space and common areas clean.

If you’re an artist we can find ways to collaborate and make art your job!! Also if you want to run a workshop, let us know in advance!!!

You can support an environmental and pro-human rights organisation. We're sure it will be an exchange and we can learn from each other. If you want to learn how to ride, Davide can teach you the basics ;)
