  Description

  Our stud farm is a non-profit cultural association in Bonin near Łobez in Pomerania. We are Wiesława and Grzegorz and our large farm family. We have a dozen horses living on wooded meadows and we do lots of projects and workshops here: Photography, film, pottery, restoration, building and, above all, cooking and eating together. We love living a harmonious, healthy and happy life with people and animals.
  
  Unser Gestüt ist ein gemeinnütziger Kulturverein in Bonin bei Łobez in Pommern. Wir sind Wiesława und Grzegorz und unsere große Bauernfamilie. Wir haben ein Dutzend Pferde, die auf bewaldeten Wiesen leben, und wir machen hier viele Projekte und Workshops: Fotografie, Film, Töpfern, Restaurieren, Bauen und vor allem gemeinsames Kochen und Essen. Wir lieben es, ein harmonisches, gesundes und glückliches Leben mit Menschen und Tieren zu führen.
  
  Nasza stadnina jest stowarzyszeniem kulturalnym non-profit w Boninie koło Łobza na Pomorzu. Jesteśmy Wiesławą i Grzegorzem oraz naszą liczną rodziną rolniczą. Mamy kilkanaście koni, które mieszkają na zalesionych łąkach i realizujemy tu wiele projektów i warsztatów: fotograficzne, filmowe, garncarskie, restauratorskie, budowlane, a przede wszystkim wspólne gotowanie i jedzenie. Kochamy harmonijne, zdrowe i szczęśliwe życie z ludźmi i zwierzętami.

  Help

  Our wood workshop and event barn has recently been completed: this is where you come in! We are looking for someone who can imagine a perspective as a instructor for construction projects / workshops etc.!
  You are a woodworm (carpenter, joiner, restorer, architect, etc.) and are looking for a wood workshop to let off steam according to all the rules of the art.
  You would like to realize projects together with international Workshop groups to realize non-profit projects.
  You are sociable & creative and looking for a long-term stay.
  
  Important:
  As our new stable with workshop and group rooms is simply too good to stand unused, we are looking for someone who would like to take this opportunity and bring life to the place. We see the potential for you to create your own workshop manager job here :)). There is no one here who could run a workshop. We are a filmmaker and a vet and run the cultural association. From the moment we agree that we fit together, you will of course be paid for your work!
  
  Apart from the workshop option, we have horses, paddocks, a large house, charitable work, forest, etc., so there are plenty of daily tasks for which we can use every helping hand. So you can also find happiness with us as a 'normal' workawayer, especially if you like horses!
  
  Seit kurzem ist unsere Holz-Werkstatt und Veranstaltungsscheune fertiggestellt: hier kommst Du ins Spiel! Wir suchen jemanden, der sich hier eine Perspektive als Projektleiter für Bauprojekte / Workshops / Tinyhausbau etc. vorstellen kann!
  Du bist ein Holzwurm (Tischler, Schreiner, Zimmermann, Restaurator, Architekt, u.s.w.) und suchst nach einer (komplett neu ausgestatteten) Holzwerkstatt, um Dich nach allen Regeln der Kunst austoben zu können.
  Du hast Lust zusammen mit dt./pol. Workshopgruppen Projekte zu realisieren.
  Du bist kontaktfreudig & kreativ und auf der Suche nach eine längerfristigen Wirkungsstätte.
  
  Wichtig!
  Da unser neuer Stall mit Werkstatt- und Gruppenräumen einfach zu schade ist, um ungenutzt zu bleiben, suchen wir jemanden, der diese Chance nutzen und den Ort mit Leben füllen möchte. Wir sehen hier das Potential für Dich, Dir Derinen eigenen Werkstattleiter-Job zu schaffen :)). Es gibt hier niemanden, der eine Werkstatt leiten könnte. Wir sind eine Filmemacherin und ein Tierarzt und leiten den Kulturverein. Ab dem Moment, wo wir uns einig sind, dass wir zusammenpassen, wird Deine Arbeit natürlich bezahlt sein!
  
  Abgesehen von der Werkstattoption gibt es bei uns mit Pferden, Koppeln, einem großen Haus, gemeinnütziger Arbeit, Wald etc jede Menge täglicher Aufgaben, für die wir jede helfende Hand brauchen können. Du kannst also auch als ganz 'normaler' Workawayer bei uns Dein Glück finden, vor allem wenn Pferde es Dir angetan haben!

  We are used to talking to our guests in English. Of course you can learn Polish from us! Wir sind es gewohnt uns mit unseren Gästen auf englisch zu unterhalten. Von uns kannst Du natürlich polnisch lernen! Jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni do rozmowy z naszymi gośćmi w języku angielskim. Oczywiście mówimy płynnie po polsku!

  Accommodation

  We have nice, simple rooms in which our seminar participants can also stay. You can of course use the bathroom, kitchen, fireplace room, conservatory and garden.
  
  Our kitchen and pantry are always open and you can feel at home. Of course we serve food three times a day. You are free to eat with us or provide for yourself. If we know your preferences, we will be happy to cater for you. Vegans and vegetarians also feel at home with us. We ourselves like to eat everything from Polish home cooking to Mediterranean fusion cuisine, whatever is in season...
  
  Wir haben schöne einfache Zimmer, in denen auch unsere Seminarteilnehmer unterkommen, die Du bewohnen kannst. Bad, Küche, Kaminzimmer, Wintergarten, Garten kannst Du natürlich alles mitbenutzen.
  
  Mamy ładne, proste pokoje, w których mogą również zatrzymać się uczestnicy naszych seminariów. Można oczywiście korzystać z łazienki, kuchni, sali kominkowej, ogrodu zimowego i ogrodu.

  What else ...

  If you like being with horses or have always wanted to be, you've come to the right place. You will also feel at home in the extensive mixed forests if you are a nature lover. Our son has a Spartan calisthenics gym here, if that appeals to you. Visiting the surrounding villages may be like traveling back in time. From Łobez, you can quickly reach the Baltic Sea, Szczecin, Gdansk, Poznan, Bydgoszcz or even Warsaw by train. We have project partners throughout the country, as well as good contacts in Germany. Feel invited to develop freely and to contribute all your skills here with us. We would be delighted if you would like to help us with the daily tasks that arise on our farm.
  
  Wenn Du gerne mit Pferden bist oder es schon immer sein wolltest bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Du wirst Dich auch als naturverbundener Mensch in den weitläufigen Mischwäldern wohlfühlen. Unser Sohn hat hier ein spartanisches Calisthenics-Gym, wenn Dich das reizt. Der Besuch der umliegenden Dörfer mag einer kleinen Zeitreise gleichkommen. Von Łobez aus bist Du schnell mit der Bahn an der Ostsee, Stettin, Danzig, Posen, Bromberg oder auch Warschau. Wir haben im ganzen Land Projektpartner, sowie auch gute Kontakte nach Deutschland. Fühl Dich eingeladen Dich frei zu entfalten, sowie Dich hier bei uns mit all Deinen Kompetenzen einzubringen. Wir freuen uns, wenn Du uns bei den täglichen Aufgaben, die auf unserem Hof anfallen zur Hand gehen magst.
  
  Jeśli lubisz przebywać z końmi lub zawsze chciałeś to robić, trafiłeś we właściwe miejsce. W rozległych lasach mieszanych poczujesz się jak w domu jako osoba kochająca przyrodę. Nasz syn ma tutaj spartańską siłownię kalisteniczną, jeśli ci się to podoba. Zwiedzanie okolicznych wiosek może być jak podróż w czasie. Z Łobza można szybko dotrzeć pociągiem nad Morze Bałtyckie, do Szczecina, Gdańska, Poznania, Bydgoszczy, a nawet Warszawy. Mamy partnerów projektowych w całym kraju, a także dobre kontakty w Niemczech. Zapraszamy do swobodnego rozwoju i dzielenia się z nami swoimi umiejętnościami. Będziemy zachwyceni, jeśli zechcesz pomóc nam w codziennych zadaniach, które pojawiają się na naszej farmie.
