Description
Hello travelers !! we are a friendly hostel located in Ancud city in a traditional wooden Chilota house in the north gate of this magical Chiloé island full of tradition, unique architecture, mythology and wild nature.
We try to maintain a very home like feeling in our Hostel and make the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We offer various tours and arrange the ones that we don´t offer.
I wish you can join us, discover this beautiful island and enjoy sharing with nice people.

You will be part of our family sharing everyday our Chilote life, food and we can take you out when we goes around the island on our time off. Also you will experience how is the Hostel daily life.

>> Last minute << We are looking for one or two super friendly workawayers who can organize daily common dinners.
We need someone proactive, responsible and reliable to help us mainly with the reception and also with the general chores around the hostel like buying groceries and fruits, help with some cleaning and changing bed sheets (we have staff specifically for this but sometimes a little help might be required), gardening or helping with maintenance in the hostel.
We can promise you great work environment, good fun, amazing company and of course the magic of this island :).

Accommodation
We offer you free stay in a dorm with other tourists / volunteers. You can use everything that´s in the hostel. You can join us on our excursions for free and also we can arrange excursions with our partner agencies.
What else ...
We prefer people who can stay at least for one month and speak a bit of Spanish . Don´t overthink ;) and come to be haunted by this magical island!
