Description
Hi, we are a family living in Sicily, Palermo. It's me (Ottavia), and my almost 6 years old twins, Anaïs and Emily. Their dad, Philippe, lives in Switzerland and speaks french, so we'd love to host french-speaking guests for the girls to learn better french. We don't have animals at home, we're very clean and tidy, the twins help too. They are very nice and adorable but have loads of energy, and sometimes i really need a hand. They go to school mon-fri from 8.30 to 4pm, all we ask for is some help with them when they are at home with nothing to do and get bored. They also often have activities, parties and friends to see in the afternoon, so the help will not be every day. It may happen that we ask for a couple of hours at night to go out for dinner, but nothing more. Plus, my parents live in our same building so you'll never be totally alone.
The apartment is quite big, we have an extra room if you don't mind sleeping among toys.... with a bed and a private bathroom. A big living room, kitchen and and another bathroom for us.
Sicily is amazing any time of the year, often sunny even in january so you can enjoy the beaches.

We are a mixed family, I am from Palermo, the girls are bilingual, we love cooking and you'll never get bored with us at home! Plus, Palermo is an amazing city to visit with so much cultural events, churches, parks, parties. We live in a residential area but super well connected to the city centre by bus, to the airport, to the station... the ideal place to move. Near our home there are supermarkets and everything you need in a walking distance.

Help
Need help with the kids, to play with them or helping me a bit to keep the house tidy (but we have a housekeeper twice a week). Please, a non smoking person is mandatory

Accommodation
Bed in the games room + private bathroom. Meals will be shared if we eat all together at home, we'd love someone who can cook too. I skip lunch most of the time, but in the evening we stay together.
What else ...
A lot of things to do in Palermo everyday, also the surroundings are beautiful. From our place is very easy to reach the main attractions by bus. I work from home in the morning but I have a lot of free time so if we get along well we could do things together. As I said, from 4pm on the kids are with us and that's where I need a hand but not everyday. Also, it's very important for me that the person "unlocks" french to the girls, who apparently understand but they refuse to talk.
The hardest time of the week is at weekends as they have no school and days may be super long
