Description
We are a family of 5 living on a 20 acre property in the beautiful Yarra Valley - just an hour outside Melbourne and a 5 minute drive from the township of Healesville. We are a little farm with plenty of things to do. We have a vineyard, grow organic fruit & vegetables, keep chickens and sheep and look after our native and exotic garden beds.
Our property is on top of a hill with 360 degree views and a swimming pool to cool off after a hard days work outside. We were attracted to the Yarra Valley by our love of food and wine. We have travelled extensively and lived in multiple cities in Europe & Australia before finally settling in the Yarra Valley.
We speak English and some French. We also love music and have lots of instruments that you are welcome to use including a piano, a drum kit, guitars, flute, cello, violins. We have seperate accomodation so you will have privacy when staying here.
The accomodation can house 4 people so we can welcome couples, families or groups. We love meeting new people and introducing them into our local community.Types of help and learning opportunities

We are deeply connected into the local community in the Yarra Valley and in particular the wine community and enjoy sharing those connections with our guests. We can share our skills in horticulture, offer an insight into the Australian wine industry, share the Yarra Valley culture of food & wine, share an experience of sustainable living and share an experience of Australian culture. We love meeting new people and hearing stories and perspectives from different cultures and experiences.
