    Description

We are non profit co-working and co-living space that encourage diversity and local positive impact. We believe that any world citizen deserve roof and desk whatever their “sustainability” is in life. We know that is not always easy to manage budget traveling or working remotely, as (digital) nomad or for workcation that’s why we exist, to support.

We are atypical workaway as we propose pro-active experience. We do not tell people what to do, when and for that certain time. Everybody get different skills or (work) routine so we've always preferred since 2017 to let people express themselves. Since then, walls get almost painted, house crafted from rooftops to furnitures, digital experience you'll be able to live, marketed the way you see us but also floors to toilets cleaned, bikes repaired, laundry and beds make, community meals triggered.

We also encourage positive local actions weekly by english chats with others guests, plogging on our mount or local river, redirect remaining artisans’ products from local bakery.

We got high speed wifi from co-working downstairs to terrace and rooftop. All rooms get their own smart lock. We got facilities with living room, coffee corner, large full equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bikes at disposal..

We are sticked to the Valencian’s beach in a peaceful retreat place where you will be able to live as a local.
